At Fort de Soto a few weeks ago a Snowy Egret stood perched at the shore fishing. Each time the waves came in, it would search for food. It was fun to watch how the scene would change with the water and the compensations made by the egret as it leaned into the waves as they came in. I thought it would be fun to collect some of the photos from these few minutes we had with this egret on the beach.
